DKMLshop: Terms & Conditions

All prices are inclusive of normal postage fees.

Registered mails are available at an additional cost of $2.25 per parcel.

Any other requests like self-collection will be strictly ignored.
Parcels will be delivered within 2 working days upon verification of payment.

DKMLshop is not liable for the loss of any mails and registered post is strongly encouraged.

All payments have to be made in within 24 hours of invoice.

Payments can be done through ibank/atm transfer.

IB users, please provide your IB nick, transaction no. & date/time of transfer.

ATM transfers have to be accompanied with a snapshot of the transaction slip.

Any defects with the items should be informed to us within 7 days from date of mailing.

An exchange will be processed once the defects are noted.

Customer will need to ensure that the item has not been washed before, and mail the item back to the return address stated on the parcel.

In the event that the item is no longer in stock, customer can choose to ask for a refund or store credits with us.

Do note that the measurements may vary between 0.5 - 1 inches and this will not be considered as a defect.

Please also note that there might be slight differences in the colours of the items due to the variation of computer screen resolutions.

Customers are advised to hand wash all DKMLshop ’s apparels.
Please turn apparel inside out before washing.
